Ingredients for 4 people:1 kg of cod (desalted) 1 kg of potatoes ¼ litre of olive oil Bread crumbs Tomato sauce 1 onion 1 bay leaf Parsley Preparation:Peel and cut the potatoes into slices. Chop the onion and cut the cod into chunks. Put in a pan of water with the bay leaf and a drizzle of olive oil and boil. When everything is cooked remove the bay leaf and the cod. Make a potato purée adding a drop of milk and olive oil. Mix well with a blender and add half of the thinly cut cod. Mix well. In a deep clay dish put a layer of the purée. Then add a layer of the remaining cod and finally another layer of purée. Sprinkle with some bread crumbs and add the tomato sauce. Cook in the oven until it browns. | ||||
