Ingredients for 4 people:Salt Olive oil 1 litre of milk 1 bunch of turnip tops ½ an onion 1 leek 1 potato Preparation:Boil the turnip tops in water. Cut the onion and the leek into thin slices and fry in a little olive oil for a couple of minutes. Chop the potato and add along with the milk. Leave it to boil until the potato starts to melt. Also add the turnip tops. When everything is done, blend and serve hot. | ||||||
