Ingredients for 4 people:400 g of pork mince meat 3 celery sticks 2 cups of boiled chick peas 1/2 onion 1 garlic clove 1 cup of tomato sauce 1 pinch of salt 1 pinch of ground pepper 1 medium sized potato A dash of white wine Preparation:Fry the onion and the garlic in a little oil until soft. Add the chopped celery and the mince meat. Mix When the pork is done add the tomato and leave to fry gently. Season with salt and pepper and add the chick peas and the wine. Cook on a slow heat until the sauce reduces. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into little squares and fry. Serve all together. | ||||
