Ingredients:6 peaches 1 cinnamon stick ¼ kg of sugar 2 cloves 1 lemon 1 litre of red wine Preparation:Peal the lemon and keep the skin. Put the wine, sugar, cinnamon, lemon peel, and cloves in a big saucepan. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved. Put this sauce in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge over night. Peal the peaches and place in a medium sized saucepan. Cover the peaches with the wine sauce. Cook on low heat until they are cooked. When they are ready, leave to cool and serve in bowls. | ||||||
