Ingredients:1 small cup of white wine 1 small cup of olive oil 1 orange peel Flour Sugar Cinnamon A pinch of salt Preparation:Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with the orange peel. When the peal browns on the edges remove from the heat and leave aside to cool. When this oil is cool, mix it with the white wine and a pinch of salt. Then add flour little by little though a colander. When you achieve a suitable consistency, mould into a doughy ball and leave to rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, take part of the batter and roll out thinly using a rolling pin. Then cut it into triangles. Put some oil in a frying pan and when it is hot add 4 or 5 of the triangles. The batter will rise and as they cook flick on some oil to make sure that the whole triangle browns. They will fry very quickly. Remove from the pan and cover with sugar and cinnamon. | ||||
