Ingredients:200 g of puff pastry 200 g of sweet pumpkin 200 g of ground almonds 300 g of sugar 4 eggs 4 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of flour 5 dry figs ½ glass of syrup 8 glacé cherries Preparation:Make a sponge with the eggs, the flour and four tablespoons of sugar, in a round tin. When the sponge is done, remove it from the tin and soak it in the syrup. Using one glass of water and the sugar, prepare a thick syrup, put the ground almonds in it and cook for 5 minutes. Cover the round tin, previously used, with the puff pastry. Put the sponge on this, then the sweet pumpkin and finally the almond syrup. Decorate with strips of puff pastry. Put the cake in the oven until the pastry in ready. Let it cool and then remove from the tin. | ||||
