Ingredients for 5 people:1 litre of cow milk 10g of rennet powder 1 jar of honey Preparation:Dissolve the rennet in a little water. Bring some milk to the boil in a saucepan. Add 4 tablespoons of the rennet powder to the milk and stir well. Strain the milk with a fine strainer and whatever you have left in the strainer is your cheese. Put the cheese in individual containers and keep in the fridge. Serve in the container with honey on top. | ||||
