Ingredients:1/2 a dozen eggs 12 sponges 6 tablespoons of sugar 2 small glasses of sherry Cinnamon to taste Preparation:Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the whites until they are firm. Mix the sugar with the yolks and then mix this with the whites. Put the sponges in a container, soak with sherry and then add the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle some cinnamon. | ||||
