Ingredients:For the batter: 1 kg of flour 600 gr of lard Water Salt For the filling: Figs (to cover the base of the tin) Brandy 6 eggs 350 gr of sugar ½ litre of cream Preparation:For the batter: Mix the flour and the lard. Add the water until you achieve a soft batter. Add a pinch of salt and work it like a pastry. Let it cool for an hour and extend in the tin. Prick with a fork a few times. For the filling: Cut the figs into slices and marinate then in the brandy for twenty minutes. Whisk the six eggs, add the sugar, the cream amd the figs. Put on top of the pastry. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the tin and leave to cool. | ||||
