Ingredients:½ kg of chestnuts ¾ l of milk 4 eggs 100 g of sugar Butter Vanilla Preparation:Peal the chestnuts and cook in a pan with the milk, butter, sugar and vanilla. When the chestnuts are soft, put the whole mixture in a deep container and add the beaten eggs. Stir until you achieve a fine paste. Heat some sugar and when it has caramelised, cover an oven tin with it. Put the chestnut mixture into the tin and cook for 30 minutes. | ||||
