Ingredients:5 egg yolks 250 gr. of icing sugar 100 gr. of sugar ½ a glass of water Preparation:Make a syrup by heating the water and the sugar. Whisk the egg yolks, until they are frothy and then add the syrup, little by little, without stopping whisking. Put back on the heat until you achieve a smooth paste. Shape into little balls and leave to cool. Sprinkle with some icing sugar. You can also put some melted chocolate on top if you like. | ||||
