Ingredients for 4 people:1 big onion 3 - 4 garlic cloves 2 dry chillies 1/2 kg of tomatoes Hard bread 4 eggs 1 chorizo sausage Preparation:Put a drizzle of oil in a pan and fry the garlic, onion, chillies and tomatoes, all finely chopped. Cook the chorizo in a separate pan to take out the paprika. Add the cooked chorizo and plenty of water to the vegetables and cook for 20 or 25 minutes. Cut the bread into pieces and put them on individual plates. When the stock is boiling, poach the eggs there. Serve each plate with plenty of stock, one egg and some chunks of chorizo. If the tomato is too sharp you can add a little sugar. Optional: Serve with fried peppers and mint. | ||||
