Ingredients:2 eggs ½ litre of whole milk 8g of raising powder ½ kg of flour Salt Sweet anisette Olive oil Sugar Preparation:Whisk the eggs and add some salt, a drizzle of anisette, the baking powder and the milk. Mix well. Add the flour little by little whilst stirring continuously. When this starts to thicken remove it from the heat. Leave to cool for 30 minutes. Cover the bottom of a frying pan with olive oil in and heat. When the oil is very hot, add a little of the batter, enough to cover the bottom. Cook the batter on both sides. When cooked, sprinkle some sugar on one side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. | ||||
