Ingredients for 3 people:12 wild boar chops 2 courgettes 1 kg of potatoes 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 tablespoon of thyme 1 tablespoon of oregano 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika 1 tablespoon of hot paprika 1 tablespoon of mustard 1 head of garlic 1 tablespoon of salt Preparation:Blend the thyme, oregano, sweet paprika, hot paprika, olive oil, mustard, salt and head of garlic to make a marinade. Put the chops in a container and add the marinade on top. Then let them rest for a few days. After this time, drain them for 20 minutes and grill on a very hot griddle until they brown.
