Ingredients for 4 people:For the filling: 250 ml of whipped cream 100 ml of chocolate 200 ml of syrup For the sponge: 4 eggs 65 g of sugar 70 g of flour Preparation:Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Then add the flour little by little. Spread this mixture out on a baking tray with a piping bag and cook at 180º C for 20 minutes. Take the baking tray out of the oven and soak the sponge in the syrup. Put the whipped cream on top and roll into a Swiss Roll. Cut the edges and decorate with melted chocolate and cream. | ||||
