Ingredients for 6 people:6 trout ¼ kg of Serrano ham 1 chilli 2 tablespoons of vinegar 3 red peppers 1 tablespoon of olive oil Salt 6 garlic cloves Preparation:Wrap the peppers in foil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. When the peppers cool down, open, remove the pips and cut into strips. Clean the trout and season with salt. Chop the chilli. Take a rasher of ham and roll with a strip of pepper and a couple of flakes of chilli inside. Place this inside the trout. Peal the garlic and leave whole. Put the trout in an oven dish and put the garlic around the fish. Drizzle with olive oil. Cook in the oven on a very high heat for 15 minutes. Drizzle with vinegar and serve. | ||||
