Ingredients for 6 people:1 kg of spinach 100g of ham (cubes) 50g of pine nuts 50g of seedless sultanas Olive oil Salt Pepper Preparation:Soak the sultanas in water Clean the spinach and boil with salt for 10 minutes. Drain and put to one side. Lightly fry the ham in a frying pan with a little oil. Then add the pine nuts, the sultanas and the spinach. Stir all the ingredients well and season with salt and pepper. | ||||
