Ingredients:1 kg of rice 2 kg of honey Rind of a few lemons Cinnamon Saffron Preparation:Cook the rice in boiling water until it becomes a paste. Drain well. Heat the honey in a saucepan and when you achieve a nice caramel colour add the rice, the lemon rind, a little cinnamon and a little toasted saffron. Boil for 5 minutes and put in a dish. Serve cold. | ||||
