Ingredients for 4 people:4 quails 500g of white kidney beans 2 tomatoes (chopped) 2 garlic cloves 1 green pepper (chopped) 1 onion (chopped) Olive oil Salt Preparation:Soak the white kidney beans over night Clean the quails, flambé and season them Cook the beans with the garlic cloves, boiling them in water on a low heat. In the meantime, cook the quails in a saucepan with olive oil, stirring them steadily until they brown. Then put to one side Fry the onion, pepper and tomato and season. When the beans are ready, add them to the saucepan with the quails. Add also the fried onion, pepper and tomatoes, with juices. Add more water if necessary. Leave to cook for about 5 minutes.
