Ingredients for 3 people:Pepper Tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 2 bay leaves Olive oil Salt Preparation:Chop the pepper into small pieces. Fry with the garlic and the bay leaves. Fry the tomatoes in a separate pan. When they are ready add them to the pepper, garlic and bay. Fry on a low heat. This dish can be accompanied by courgette, Spanish ham or boiled egg. | ||||
