Ingredients:8 chicken legs 1 glass of whiskey 6 cloves of garlic 1 onion Parsley Preparation:Mix 5 cloves of garlic and the whiskey and leave to one side. Marinade the chicken in this mixture for one hour. Afterwards, fry in an abundance of very hot oil. In a low, flat pan put a little oil, enough to just cover the bottom. Finely chop the onion and then add to the pan. Slice the final clove of garlic and also add to the pan. When everything is almost cooked, add the mixture of whiskey and garlic and a small glass of water. Finally add the chicken and leave to simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove any excess oil from the surface with a spoon. | ||||
