Ingredients for 4 people:2 kg of wild mushrooms Spicy paprika Pepper A small glass of Aguardiente (a clear brandy distilled from fermented fruit juice) Preparation:Wash the mushrooms well and cut into slices. Season them with salt and pepper. Fry them in a bit of olive oil until they brown and the water from them has evaporated. Put a teaspoonful of hot paprika in a small glass of Aguardiente. Stir and pour it on the wild mushrooms. | ||||
