Ingredients for 3 people:6 eggs ½ litre cream 600 gr of sugar 300 gr of grated cheese (ideally mature Manchego cheese) Preparation:Put 300g of sugar in a saucepan and heat on a low heat, stirring continuously until you achieve a liquid caramel. Cover the interior of a tin with the caramel and put aside. Mix the eggs with the remaining 300 g of sugar, the grated cheese and the cream. Whisk together and pour on the prepared cake tin. Simmer in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve very cold. | ||||
