Ingredients for 4 people:1 hare 1 onion 4 medium sized potatoes 2 garlic heads 2 bay leaves 2 ripe tomatoes 1 pepper 1 sprig of parsley 1 sprig of mint 10 peppercorns 1 glass of olive oil 1 glass of white wine Salt Preparation:Clean, cut and season the hare. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean the garlic heads and cut in half without pealing. Slice the tomatoes and chop the pepper into thin strips. Peel and chop the potatoes into thick slices. Add layers of vegetables and meat into a saucepan, one after the other until you use up all of the ingredients. Add the wine, water, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Cover and cook on a low heat for approximately one hour. | ||||
