Ingredients:2 kg of fresh broad beans 2 garlic heads 3 lemon slices Mint Salt Preparation:Heat the water in a saucepan. Clean the garlic and peal the broad beans. Add to the saucepan with the lemon slices. Season with salt and cook on a medium heat. Once the broad beans are tender, remove the saucepan from the heat and add the mint. Cover the saucepan and leave to rest for 2 minutes. Serve hot. | ||||
