Ingredients for 4 people:2 tablespoons of olive oil 4 tablespoons of flour 4 tablespoons of sugar 1 litre of water or milk Ground cinnamon Preparation:Put the olive oil and the flour in a frying pan on a low heat until the flour changes colour. Add the sugar and keep stirring until it browns and then add the warm water or milk and continue stirring. Let it boil for a bit and when it thickens put it in a large plate, add cinnamon on top and let it cool. Put it in the fridge and serve cold. | ||||
