Ingredients for 4 people:1 kg of acorns 1 kg of sugar 300 g of butter Flour Lemon rind Ground cinnamon Eggs Preparation:Remove the shell and the peal of the acorns (you can poach them to make this easier) Once they are dry and pealed, chop them finely Mix the acorns with the sugar and add the butter, the lemon rind and ground cinnamon Stir well, add the eggs and make a batter Spread some butter out on a baking tray Sprinkle some flour and add the batter Put in the oven on a medium heat and cook until it browns Remove from the oven and divide into squares | ||||
