Ingredients for 4 people:3 tablespoons of sugar 300 gr of sugar 4 eggs 4 egg yolks 350 ml of water Preparation:Make a caramel with the sugar. Whisk the eggs and the yolks well. Bring the water to the boil with the sugar and a bit of the caramel for 8 minutes. When it boils, remove from the heat and leave to cool. Mix with the eggs and put this mixture into a container covered with the caramel. Simmer in a double boiler for 20 minutes. Let it cool and then remove from the container. Decorate with whipped cream. | ||||
