Ingredients:10 g of salt 250 ml of water 500 g of flour 400 g of butter 250 g of sugar Preparation:Mix all of the ingredients, except the butter, together, and achieve a batter. Add the butter and keep mixing. Roll out with a rolling pin, then fold in half and leave aside for 20 minutes. Roll out the batter again with the rolling pin and cut it into 2x10cm rectangles. Roll these strips around some stainless steel cylinders and fry them in a frying pan with plenty of hot olive oil. Strain them and let them cool down. When they are cold, remove them the cylinders, fill them with whipped cream and custard and sprinkle with sugar. | ||||||
