Ingredients for 6 people:4 fillets of sword fish 500g of tomatoes 4 garlic cloves ½ an onion Some sprigs of fresh parsley Olive oil Salt Preparation:Wash and dry the fillets of fish. Season them with salt and grill on both sides. Chop the tomatoes and onion and fry in olive oil to make a sauce. Season with salt. Chop the garlic and the parsley and heat in a pan with olive oil. Put the hot oil on the fish first and then the tomato sauce. | ||||
