Ingredients for 4 people:4 slices of crust-less bread 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 2 very fine slices of Serrano ham 1 glass of warm milk 1 egg Olive oil Preparation:Spread the cheese on one side of the four slices. Put a slice of Serrano ham on top of two of them and then put two slices together. Soak the sandwiches in milk for a few minutes. Add a bit of water to the egg and whisk. Cover the sandwiches with the egg and fry until they brown slightly on low heat. Place them on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. | ||||
