Ingredients for 4 people:12 chunks of fish (three types of fish) Squid rings 4 king prawns 4 crayfish 8 mussels 12 clams 1 onion (chopped) 1 tomato (chopped) White wine Fish stock Flour Olive oil For the âPicadaâ: Garlic, almonds, parsley, chocolate and saffron Preparation:Flour the fish and fry it in hot oil. Then add the seafood and flambé it with the white wine. Put to one side. Make a âPicadaâ by chopping and mixing the garlic, almonds, parsley, chocolate and saffron. Fry the onion and the tomato in a saucepan. When they are soft add the fish and cover with the stock. Cook on a high heat and when it starts to boil add the âPicadaâ. Cook for 5 more minutes, adding salt if necessary. | ||||
