Ingredients for 4 people:¼ kg of chopped lamb 1 lamb's liver 2 big chopped onions 1 chopped red pepper 1 slice of bread 1 tablespoon of paprika 3 chopped garlic cloves 200 ml of olive oil 100 ml of water ½ litre of beef stock 200 ml of red wine Thyme Oregano 1 bay leaf Pepper Salt Preparation:Fry the lamb and the liver slightly in a saucepan with a bit of olive oil. Fry the onions, pepper, bread and the garlic cloves for 5 to 10 minutes in a frying pan. When they brown, add them to the saucepan with the lamb. Crush the liver, two of the garlic cloves, the thyme and the oregano in a mortar. Add the wine, the paprika and the water. Mix well and add to the lamb. Cover with the beef stock and cook on a low heat for 45 minutes. Season to taste when it is half cooked. | ||||
