Ingredients for 6 people:1 leg of lamb 1 onion 2 carrots 1 green pepper 2 garlic cloves Parsley 2 red peppers 3 potatoes Mushrooms Tomato sauce 100 ml of olive oil ½ a litre of white wine Beef stock Salt Pepper Preparation:Chop the onion, carrot and pepper and fry. Add the leg of lamb, cut into eight chunks. Cook for a while and then add the white wine, the chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper, the tomato sauce and a bit of beef stock. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and then add the red peppers, the sliced mushrooms and the chopped potatoes. Cook for 45 minutes to one hour more on a low heat. | ||||
