Ingredients for 4 people:Beef Onion Olive oil Potatoes Eggs Parsley Salt Water Preparation:Cut the beef into very thin slices. Put some olive oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the beef. When brown, add the onion in thin strips and fry. When the onion is ready add some water. Put the content of the frying pan in a saucepan and season with parsley and salt. Add some potatoes cut in very thin slices and some more water. Cook for 30 minutes. Put all of this into an oven dish with one egg per person and cook in the oven until the egg is cooked but the yolk is runny. Season to taste and serve. | ||||
