Ingredients:Short crust pastry 200 g of fresh cheese from Burgos 4 eggs 1 tin of condensed milk 150 g of caster sugar 1 tablespoonful of butter 1 pinch of salt Preparation:Spread the butter out on a baking tin and put the pastry on top. Mix the 4 egg yolks, the sugar, the cheese and the condensed milk in a bowl. Whip the egg whites adding a pinch of salt and mix with the rest of the ingredients. Cook in the oven at 190º for about 30 minutes. | ||||
