Barcelona style noodle paella | ||||

Ingredients for 4 people:Olive oil 2 peeled and grated tomatoes 350g of Fideuá noodles 1 kg of mussels Monk fish (to taste) 2 or 3 cuttlefish 8 king prawns 8 crayfish A teaspoon of paprika 1 sachet of saffron Salt Preparation:Clean the cuttlefish, monk fish, prawns and crayfish. Boil the mussels, the monk fish and the cuttlefish in 1 ½ litres of water for 15 to 20 minutes. When cooked, drain the stock and keep it for boiling the noodles later. Chop the monk fish and the cuttlefish. Put some olive oil in a paella pan, to just fill the centre of the pan. Add salt and then fry the prawns, crayfish and cuttlefish. Add the tomato and stir. Then add the paprika and continue stirring. Add the stock, then the monk fish and the saffron. Boil for 30 minutes. Add more salt if necessary. Put the noodles in and cook on a high heat for 15 to 20 minutes. | ||||
