Ingredients for 4 people:3 egg yolks 3 egg whites 500 g of flour 8 tablespoons of milk 2 tablespoons of baking powder 8 tablespoons of honey Lemon rind Anisette Preparation:Whisk up the egg whites Mix all of the ingredients stirring well until you achieve a batter. Add only a small trickle of Anisette. Make some individual ring-shaped cakes. Put some oil in a frying pan and, when hot, fry the rings until they brown. | ||||
