Ingredients for 4 people:½ kg of chick peas ¼ kg of French beans ¼ kg of pumpkin 200 g of pork fat 200g of pork meat 200 g of black pudding ¼ kg of chicken ¼ kg of potatoes Preparation:Soak the chickpeas in warm water overnight. Drain them before you start cooking. Put a litre of warm water in a pressure cooker and add the chick peas, the pork fat, the meat and the black pudding. Cook for one hour. When the chick peas are tender add the French beans, the potatoes and the pumpkin (all previously chopped) and cook for 15 minutes. Serve piping hot. | ||||
