Ingredients for 4 people:3/4 kg of lamb 3 natural yoghourts 1 aubergine 200 g of cooked green asparagus 1 onion Juice of 1 lemon 1 sprig of mint, thyme and coriander Cumin Salt Pepper Preparation:Mix the yoghourt with the lemon juice to make a marinade. Chop the aubergine and onion and mix in the marinade. Leave for one hour. Cut the meat into small chunks, season with salt and pepper and boil with the cumin and the other herbs. After 20 to 25 minutes add the vegetables with the liquid of the marinade and cook for other 20 minutes, until the meat is tender. Serve it decorated with boiled asparagus. | ||||
