Ingredients for 4 people:1/4 litre of extra virgen olive oil 6 garlic cloves A pinch of salt Preparation:Crush up the garlic in a mortar with a pinch of salt. Add some olive oil to the mortar very slowly, without stopping stirring. Keep adding and mixing until you achieve a thick paste. Add some salt to taste. | ||||
