Ingredients for 4 people:1 rabbit 1 tomato 4 cloves of garlic Parsley Runner beans Snails Rice Preparation:Clean the snails well. Cut the rabbit into small chunks and fry in plenty of olive oil. Peel and chop the tomato and add to the pan along with a bit of parsley, 3 garlic cloves and some runner beans. Fry the rice lightly and mix it with the previously cooked ingredients and boiling water. When it is half cooked, chop a garlic clove and add. Also add the snails. The mixture should be moist. | ||||
